1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PrüfDesk calibration management platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrüfDesk provides a cloud-based calibration and equipment management system for laboratories and manufacturing facilities. Features include equipment tracking, calibration scheduling, booking management, non-conformance reporting, and ISO compliance reporting.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform. We do not claim ownership of your calibration records, equipment data, or other content. Data export is available at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other tenants’ data, by reverse-engineering the platform, or by interfering with its operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the subscription terms agreed at sign-up.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and via an in-app notice prior to taking effect.
