We process your data on the basis of (a) performance of the contract between you and PrüfDesk, (b) compliance with legal obligations such as ISO/IEC 17025 record-keeping, and (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

We do not sell your data. We may share data with sub-processors who assist in operating the platform (hosting, email delivery), each subject to confidentiality and data-processing obligations.

Calibration records are retained for the duration required by the applicable ISO standards (typically 7-10 years). Account metadata is deleted within 30 days of account closure unless legally required to retain it.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and via an in-app notice prior to taking effect.
